Cross base allows you to set up a Flag Banner & stand anywhere, even indoors. Use this base, instead of the spike, with the flag pole and fill the water bag to add stability. 

NOTE: The Crossbase and Water bag is an add on for the Pole and Spike Hardware - it cannot be used alone.
